Condo Polices
Surfside Resort Condominiums is a handsome facility with a mix of renters and permanent residents. It is our home away from home. The property is beautifully landscaped and maintained. Our apartment home is attractively furnished and supplied with the items that that you will need for a comfortable vacation. We provide high-quality linens and towels and a very well equipped kitchen so that you will feel at home.
Age Policy prohibits rental to anyone under the age of 25.
Check in Check in is after 3:00 p.m.
Check out Check out is 10:00 a.m.
Reservation A reservation security deposit of $250is required to hold your reservation. Full payment is due 30 days prior to your stay. After your departure, an assessment of the property and the return of your key, your full deposit will be refunded if the unit was left in satisfactory condition. Cancellation Written notice of cancellation must be made 30 days prior to the arrival date or deposit is forfeited. If less than 30 days notice, the rent and taxes will be forfeited unless the unit can be rented. Refunds Refunds will not be given for late arrivals or early departures. If Emergency services issues a mandatory evacuation notice for hurricane or other severe weather, accommodation refunds will be pro rated from the time of your departure.
