Our 14^th floor west-side condominium has breathtaking views of the beach, the gulf shoreline and the bay. The sunsets are spectacular. Few rental properties offer these kind of views.  Because we rent our vacation home ourselves, our weekly rates are very reasonable compared to the other rental management companies with the same floor plans and amenities.

• All of the rooms open onto spacious balconies with comfortable quality patio furniture where guests can enjoy the sea breeze, meals, sunshine and sunset. 
• The unique angled floor plan provides breathtaking view from every room.
• Clear glass balcony railings enhance the view and provide safety.
• The rooms are spacious with 10’ ceilings and floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors.
• Beautiful indoor setting made warm with taupes, blacks, and gold hues.  Attractive wooden armoires and tables, iron headboards, satin comforters, and luxurious 300 count bed linens and upgraded towels.  You usually don’t find furnishings of this quality in a vacation home.

BEDROOMS

• Our three bedroom condo features 2 huge master bedroom suites.  Great for two families traveling together.
• The First Master Bedroom has luxurious furnishings, a king–sized bed, 2 chairs one with ottoman, lots of drawer space, a TV/VCR, a walk-in closet, dressing area with vanity, and spacious master bathroom with washer and dryer.
• The Second Master Bedroom showcases beautiful furnishings, two queen-sized beds, chair and ottoman, TV/DVD, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, and a private 14 ft. balcony with a great view of the gulf.  The balcony has quality patio furniture.
• The Third Bedroom features a king-sized bed, decorator furnishings, TV/VCR, closet and full bath.  It has a beautiful view of the bay.

 LIVING ROOM

• The living/dining room is beautifully appointed  with upscale details.
• Entertainment center with TV/DVD/VCR.
• The dining area includes a mirrored wall that creates a reflection of the gulf view and the sunset.
• The living room has seating for 8 and the sofa opens into a queen-sized bed.

KITCHEN

• Recently remodeled Fully Furnished Kitchen includes dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, icemaker, microwave, disposal, coffee maker, blender, electric can opener, toaster, plates glasses cookware, utensils, bowls, etc.
• Ample storage for groceries.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES

• Lots of storage so you can put your suitcases, bags, and  “things” out of the way.
• New full-sized washer and dryer.
• High quality linens, lots of pillows and blankets.
• Four portable chairs and a quality beach umbrella.

Our west-side condominium has breathtaking views of the sparkling emerald green Gulf waters and glorious Florida sunsets.

It is 1,155 square feet with a spacious balcony suitable for outdoor dining. The condominium has been recently redecorated throughout with new paint, and furniture. It looks fabulous. Surfside 206 offers all the luxury that you would expect from a world class beach resort without the expensive prices unusually associated with it. I The kitchen is remodeled and has updated appliances.

• The Second Master Bedroom has two queen-sized beds, TV, and private bath. It has a separate entrance and can be locked off from the rest of the condo.
